We can also legally marry you in Ontario first (just the couple and 2 witnesses to sign the paperwork), then travel to any other province in Canada or internationally for the big day to officiate your wedding.

1. (Diamond) – Personalized Ceremony

At Extraordinaire Weddings, we understand that every couple is unique, and their wedding ceremony should be a true reflection of their love story. Our team works diligently to craft personalized ceremonies that incorporate your personal preferences, cultural traditions, and spiritual beliefs. The cost is $550 (+HST/GST) or any extra travel charges.

  2. Stress-free ceremony planning with Wedding Officiants
  3. Free initial consultation in-person or virtually
  4. Personalized ceremony creation with suggestions and ideas
  5. Officiants available via email, text, or call
  6. Recommendations for other wedding vendors
  7. Officiant arrives 15-30 minutes early for ceremony coordination with vendors
  8. Officiant can stay up to 1.5 hours from start time of ceremony
  9. Following your ceremony, we will file your marriage license with the Office of the Registrar General.
2. (Gold) – Short and Sweet (Elopement)

Our experienced and professional officiants are dedicated to guiding couples through the legal and ceremonial aspects of their wedding, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience. The cost is $400 (+HST/GST) or any extra travel charges.

  1. Officiate at your preferred venue with up to 15 people plus the couple
  2. Free initial consultation in-person or virtually
  3. Standard ceremony with exchanging of vows and rings then legal signing
  4. Officiants available via email, text, or call
  5. Officiant arrives 15-30 minutes early for ceremony coordination
  6. Officiant can stay up to 1 hour from start time of ceremony
  7. Following your ceremony, we will file your marriage license with the Office of the Registrar General.
3. (Silver) – Legal Signing

This is the perfect ceremony for couples traveling to a destination wedding or for those who just want to get married, without straining the budget. The cost is $300 (+HST/GST) or any extra travel charges.

  1. A legal signing, where you will be married by one of our licensed and experienced Officiants. Our Officiants will also travel to a location of your choice (an additional travel fee may apply).
  2. Free initial consultation in-person or virtually
  3. No personal vows or rings exchanged. No photos with Officiant. Only the couple and 2 witnesses present to sign the paperwork.
  4. About 15-20 minutes in length
  5. Following your ceremony, we will file your marriage license with the Office of the Registrar General.
4. Vow Renewal

Renewing your wedding vows? Congratulations! Personalize your ceremony the way you want. The cost is $450 (+HST/GST) or any extra travel charges.

You have spent so much time planning your Special Day, reduce the stress and confusion for both you and your wedding party by having a detailed run through of your ceremony at a rehearsal. Your Wedding Officiant will facilitate up to 1 hour wedding rehearsal at your desired location. The cost is $150 (+HST/GST) or any extra travel charges.
